  1. I am using Lightroom 2.7, when I updated to 1.0.1, I lost the colorchesker passport sending on my present. How do I get to reinstall?

    • Sal,
Register your passport and you will have access to ColorChecker Passport Software, the full video training, AND the new ProfileManager.
Of course you can always reinstall from your original software disc that came with your ColorChecker Passport.

  2. I have tried installing from the disc as well as from the download and after I get it installed and try to open it the program just goes straight to the “not responding” state. Please help.
