  1. Hello,
    We are a rental company owning 10 EyeOne Display 2. We’re currently upgrading all our computers to OSX Lion, and we saw that i1Match is not compatible with Lion OS.
    Is there a way to get a compatible version of the i1Match?

  2. Hello, I have a problem, I installed the product on my computer, connect the device, I give the activation button,I registrer on the website, say me OK I’ve signed it, but I vanishes at the home screen I can not calibrate my Display and printer.

    I tried the CD and also reintalar I downloaded the sofward of the website but no solution.

    What I can do?

  3. Hi I have a ColorMunki Display and the software is installed on 2 Macs running Mountain Lion.

    On both computers when I go to shutdown or restart I get the message that the ColorMunkiDisplayTray cancelled restart/shutdown and I have to force a shutdown. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    • Please send and email to our Customer Success folks at cmsupport@xrite.com. Give them the exact OS version and the version of ColorMunki Software you’re running. They will get back to you on the issue. Please let us know how it is resolved. We are always interested to know.
