Awesome color/optical illusion.

This awesome color/optical  illusion is known as “Adelson’s checker shadow illusion.”

The squares A and B on the illusion are the same color, although they seem to be different.

Don’t believe me? This can be easily proven by sampling the colors of A and B in an image-editing program like Photoshop or erasing the squares in between A and B.

Still not convinced? I wasn’t either, so I went ahead and erased EVERYTHING except the two labelled squares.

Cool uh?
