We are a rental company owning 10 EyeOne Display 2. We’re currently upgrading all our computers to OSX Lion, and we saw that i1Match is not compatible with Lion OS.
Is there a way to get a compatible version of the i1Match?
    Many thanks

    Hi Brenda,

Is this the newly reformulated light gray version that you just described in your webinar? I have the original White Balance Card, and I want to replace it. Can you please provide the correct product # for the new chart?

    Thank you,

Hi I have a ColorMunki Display and the software is installed on 2 Macs running Mountain Lion.

On both computers when I go to shutdown or restart I get the message that the ColorMunkiDisplayTray cancelled restart/shutdown and I have to force a shutdown. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Please send and email to our Customer Success folks at cmsupport@xrite.com. Give them the exact OS version and the version of ColorMunki Software you’re running. They will get back to you on the issue. Please let us know how it is resolved. We are always interested to know.

I have the NEC PA301WSV monitor, with calibration software and puck. What would be the best way to add printer calibration to my system?
